Welcome to the Acuity Solutions Support Portal.  This Self Service Support Portal provides Premium Supported Customers with the ability to check the progress of their existing Support Cases as well as log new ones.
 
Acuity has created this Support Service Portal, with its customers in mind, to help facilitate their interaction with the Acuity Support Team and to ensure the continued delivery of a high level of service.  Acuity believes this facility will also help to forge a strong and successful working relationship with its customers by providing full visibility of the progress of its Cases.
 
The Acuity Solutions Support Team consists of accredited personnel, providing an effective, efficient and professional service.  They are trained to ensure there is commitment to providing customer satisfaction in the resolution of all Support Cases.
 
Acuity endeavours to meet, and where possible, exceed its customers’ service expectations. Feedback from our customers is always welcome, as it is a key process to achieving these results.

Support is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. The support line is not available on UK Public holidays or weekends without prior arrangement.
