Acuity Acquires Sabis Consulting

Top 5 Sage Business Partner (BP) Acuity Solutions is pleased to announce that it has acquired SABIS Consulting, Sage UK’s top ACCPAC BP and one of its select new Sage X3 BP’s for the UK and Europe. The combined company will have 45 staff.
 

SABIS Consulting is Sage’s ACCPAC BP of the year and has just become one of just six to be appointed a Global BP to implement and support Sage’s new Mid Market ERP solution X3. Its staff work all over the UK, Europe, Africa, Asia and the USA but will use Acuity’s Walton-on-Thames offices as a base.

Acuity Solutions has been a Sage BP for over 20 years and has grown its revenues and staff levels consistently, even in recent difficult trading conditions. It has 30 staff and it partners with Sage and other best of breed IT companies. Buying SABIS Consulting means Acuity now has the skills and experience to develop business opportunities in the Mid Market ERP space and also meet the needs of its existing international customers. As Lee Whelan, Acuity Solutions MD said, “This acquisition means we leapfrog into Sage’s ERP marketplace, without any duplication of business. This acquisition is purely incremental for us and we now have the ability to offer prospects the perfect match from the Sage software range, from Sage 50 to Sage CRM to Sage 200 to ACCPAC and ERP X3. For SABIS Consulting the acquisition by Acuity Solutions provides much needed capital to grow further and the additional resources that the larger company can provide.
