Specification
- Business Needs Analysis and scoping of functional requirement
- Production of bespoke Functional Specification and costs
- Consultancy and discussion of Functional Specification for signed agreement
Development
- Production of Application Code according to agreed specification
- Internal Alpha release testing and reporting of errors to development project manager
- Internal Alpha release fixes and Phase 2 testing
- Completion of Alpha testing and internal signoff of prototype
Testing
- Beta release to customer site test environment
- Beta onsite customer testing and reporting of issues
- Analysis of reported Beta issues and discussion change requests
Change Control
- Change request comparison to original specification
- Agree revisions to specification if required and code changes to Beta
- Ongoing Beta testing and code changes as per revised specification
Acceptance
- Onsite acceptance and signoff of test environment
- Customisation deployed into Live trading environment
- Onsite Go Live Support to address any reported issues
- Release of User and Developer supporting documentation as appropriate
Version Control
- Upload of customisation version references and locations onto customer database in Acuity’s Sage CRM system
