The Brief:
To provide a robust, failsafe network infrastructure to support approximately 40 users distributed across nine remote offices around London. To also provide a fully outsourced I.T. Support Service to enable Benham & Reeves to concentrate on their core business
whilst having I.T. expertise always at their disposal.
The Solution:
Acuity provided a network infrastructure based around high-end HP/Compaq servers. An annual support agreement was also set up
to allow Benham & Reeves access to Acuity engineers in the event of any network problems.
The outcome:
Benham & Reeves now operates on a high-performance network infrastructure with rapid email and Internet connections. The company can continue operating at optimum levels and increase its employee count, safe in the knowledge that its systems can cope with any future expansion without the need to employ an in-house IT team.
