We also monitor all of our supported customers' backups on a daily basis, so should the worst happen we can have you back up and running in the shortest possible time. All of our support team are Microsoft Certified Professionals or higher and we hold accreditations in many other software and hardware platforms. Then we construct a tailor made Service Level Agreement that sets the standards you need for communications, response times, remote access, resolution timescales, two-way feedback and performance monitoring. We’ll even set up automated monitoring tools that alert us when changes within your IT system are about to go critical, so we can do something about them before they do harm to your business.
