We make sure that everyone at Acuity has an opportunity to discuss their own development needs and career progression with their manager. This helps us ensure that talent is identified and nurtured.
We believe in empowering our people to reach their potential. We do this by providing them with learning and development opportunities to develop a wide range of skills that include leadership development, training workshops, coaching and mentoring and e-learning - to name a few.
In addition to internal and external learning and development programmes, we also offer our people the opportunity to apply for personal funding to undertake professional qualifications and training.
