Acuity win Sage’s ‘Circle of Excellence’ Award!

At Sage’s annual awards ceremony held in Telford 1/11, Acuity were one of only fifteen Sage Business Partner’s to be awarded the ‘Circle of Excellence’ accolade out of the 2,000+ Business Partner’s Sage have.  We would like to thank our Customers’ especially those who were in the randomly selected Customers anonymously contacted by Sage’s Market Researchers who did state they would recommend Acuity as a provider of IT services.

On presenting the award to Lee Whelan of Acuity, Paul Stobart (CEO) of Sage stated “We are delighted to present this award to Acuity.  They represent excellence in Customer Service and my congratulations goto all involved”.  Our Customer Richard Hill, FD of Spar (UK) Ltd on hearing the news stated “It is pleasant to see that Sage are recognizing Service and not simply Units Sold by their dealers and I’m delighted for all those at Acuity whom we see as part of our Team!”

We were extremely happy to win an award for Outstanding Customer Service as it has been the main area of focus for our Company this year.  We have always recognized that service is paramount in an industry where technology can tend to dominate and over-shadow Customer Service.

We realise that we cannot be complacent and we intend to strive towards greater heights this year and improve on the ‘Net Promoter Primer’ score for 2008.  We will continue with our philosophy of ‘never ending improvement’ and to that end will continue with our Customer Service Calls, to check how we are doing and be adding a Customer Feedback on our recently revamped Web Site amongst many other measures being introduced.
