Customers vote Acuity winner in Sage ‘Circle of Excellence’ Awards 2008

For the second year running Acuity Solutions was one of only 15 Sage Business Partners to be awarded the coveted ‘Circle of Excellence’ accolade for excellence in customer service. A representative sample of Acuity customers was contacted by an independent research company and asked if they would be happy to recommend Acuity to friends and other companies. Acuity’s score was close to a level attained only by ‘World Class Companies’, which is why in 2008 Acuity came 3rd overall out of over 2000 Sage Business Partners!
On presenting the award to Lee Whelan of Acuity, Paul Stobart (CEO) of Sage stated “I’m delighted to present this award to Acuity Solutions. Today’s competitive climate means that it is more important than ever for UK businesses to stay close to their customers and deliver an outstanding service, so my congratulations go to all involved”.
