What’s included in Sage 200 Project Accounting?
Project Structures
- New projects can be created quickly and simply by utilising existing projects, project templates, from a sales order or sales quotation.
- Configurable hierarchy supports an unlimited number of analysis levels while providing control of sub level behaviours.
A configurable option, for example, does the customer wish to budget by period? Is this an internal project with no customer involved?
Integration and posting
- Sage 200 Financials and Commercials integration.
- Import and synchronise employees and pay elements into Sage Payroll.
- Remote time and expense entry via an optional web interface – available May.
Cost Control
- Support for budgets and committed costs, includes rolled up, annual, period, quantity and revenue.
- Powerful enquires, includes list based, detailed or summary enquiries. Allows information to be sent directly to Microsoft Excel for analysis.
- Extensive reporting pack.
Billing
- Utilises time and materials and fixed price billing methods.
- Bill a project as a whole or in as many part bills as required.
- Control revenues by utilising a billing schedule for example, on key project milestones such as dates, values and percentage completes.
