Four Free Web Users on Sage 200

As part of our continual adaption for working from home, both Acuity and Sage have been looking into better ways to work from home. Our Chief Product Officer, Mark Cohen shared last week some tips to aid working from home, take a look here.

Sage have now announced that in order to support remote working, Sage 200c customers will be able to utilise FOUR FREE Web access until early July. 

These licences will have been applied to your Sage 200 account if you are on the 2013 product version or later, for both On Premise and 200 Online customers. Connected users were introduced in Sage 200 2013 and provide remote read-only access to reporting, relevant business data and contacts. The additional licences will support your employees working from home during this time.

To assist Sage 200 Site Administrators with enabling these licences, please follow the guide below.

Please login to Sage 200 System Administration Console, and select the Licence Option, from the left-hand Menu. Then check if the No. of Web Users have increased.

To assign these licences, please navigate to the Users Menu Option, and select the User to whom you wish to assign a Web User Licence, and simply select the Is Web User Tick Box, as shown below :

Sage 200 Extra Online Customers, please contact your Acuity Account Managers, if you wish to enable these licences.
