Introducing David Whittaker, our Sage X3 Support Consultant!

This week we will be talking to David Whittaker, our Sage X3 support consultant based in South Africa.

Q1. When did you join Acuity?

'In January 2011, I arrived in the UK from South Africa and by March 2011 I had joined Acuity Solutions.'

Q2. What is your role & key responsibilities?

'My main role is to assist with the running of South Africa operations and provide Support to our X3 customers.'

Q3. In your opinion, what makes Acuity different?

'The support we offer to our customers', we are professional yet have a friendly family feel to the business. We pride ourselves in being the best at what we do.'

Q4. What are your key goals each month?

'Keeping our X3 Customers smiling would definitely be my number one daily goal. On support one needs to be quick to respond, resolve and feedback to the customer. With the help of our internal Sage CRM system, to log all cases, we strive to make our customer experience personal and one that assures them that they are our top priority.'

Q5. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

'After work I enjoy going to the gym through the week and then get some hiking in over weekends, this helps to work off the fun of exploring wine farms across the Western Cape. To my girls friends delight, I have recently picked up a new exciting hobby called wedding planning.'
