Today, we will be introducing our Sage Support Consultant. Please see below our interview with Debbie Murray.
Q1. When did you join Acuity?
'I joined Acuity in April 2014 in the Cape Town Office as a Sage 300 Support Consultant. I have recently been given the opportunity of joining the UK office so I have been here since December 2017.'
Q2. What is your role & key responsibilities?
'The Support team are the first stop for Customers when they experience any issues with their software or any processes in their day to day working – I assist with resolving said issues.
As well as this, I have also recently added Sage 200 to my portfolio.'
Q3. In your opinion, what makes Acuity different?
'We are a family oriented company with friendly staff and are willing to go to the extra for our customers and each other.'
Q4. What are your key goals each month?
'Supporting software to the best of my ability and keeping our customers happy.'
Q5. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
'I enjoyed playing indoor football whilst still in SA and spending time with family and friends.'
