Today, we will be introducing our AR/AP Manager. Please see below our interview with Tracey Giles.

Q1. When did you join Acuity?

'I joined Acuity in August 2014.'

Q2. What is your role & key responsibilities?

'My initial roles and responsibilities were Debtors and Creditors. To ensure that Acuity is paid as well as us paying our suppliers. In the last 2 years I have become responsible for several other duties within finance such as fleet manager and insurance.'

Q3. In your opinion, what make’s Acuity different?

'Acuity has the feel of a family run business - we are a “family”. We all take pride in being there for one another and for our customers. Nothing is too much and no problem is unsolvable.'

Q4. What are your key goals each month?

'My main goals each month are to ensure that all our debtors adhere to our terms and conditions with regards to payment. This means ensuring all queries are resolved in a timely manner.'

Q5. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

'I enjoy baking, reading, socialising and spending time with family and friends.'
