Sage Financials; what now?

Sage’s recent decision to focus on the future roll out of Sage Intacct later this year makes a lot of sense, albeit leaving customers, prospects and business partners like us reviewing the short and medium term impact.

Now to be clear, #SageFinancials is still supported and will remain compliant,  it’s Business as Usual at Acuity.

 Our relationship as a Sage Business Partner supporting customers to select and adopt the broadest #SageBusinessCloud Portfolio hasn’t changed. Our messaging around choice remains the same; whether a scale up business or larger mid-market or Enterprise customer, at Acuity our aim is to provide customers with the best advice for their business both today and looking into their future requirements. 

Since Sage launched a new cloud financial management solution on the Salesforce platform back in 2015, we have been through a series of transformations internally, acquired a host of new skills, talent and customers who’ve adopted the solution initially branded Sage Life, then Sage Live and more recently Sage Business Cloud Financials or Sage Financials.

At Acuity we have a Professional Services and a Support team who remain focused on customers success and delivery of projects, enhancing performance, workflows and driving greater efficiency for businesses using Sage Financials across the Salesforce Platform, with other applications including Krow PSA and Conga’s Digital Document Management solutions.

We have subsequent to the decision launched extended Support offering to ensure all Sage Financials Customers are able to continue operating.

We continue to collaborate with Sage Customer Success Team and the Product Management teams to ensure Customers have a cost effective and positive ongoing journey on the solution.
