How Acuity can support your business in changing times 

We are all living in changing times and discovering the new normal – at Acuity we are focused on business as usual and trying to support our customers in the best way possible throughout the Coronavirus crisis. 

Throughout May we have been able to demonstrate some real value for money with our customer-focused Workshops for Sage 200 customers at £50 per delegate for sessions of 90 minutesWe concentrated on themes that often prompt calls to our Support Help desk and areas in which we know our customers need more process guidance: such as Year End Routines, Financial Reporting, Buying Stock and using Report Designer. The feedback from our customers has been very positive, with the majority advising they would attend a similar Workshop session again: 

'The session was very good, Mel is very knowledgeable. She presented everything logically, it made sense and it was easy to follow the demo'

In May, we also undertook a piece of work to address knowledge gaps and correct errors which were a result of a customer who had chosen to utilise a freelance Sage 200 consultant.  

The work we completed, and the resulting delight of our customer reinforced the age-old wisdom of “you get what you pay for”.  

We sometimes see independent consultants used as a more economical option for Sage consultancy, but our experiences show that whilst a Sage accredited individual may offer immediate cost savings, this can be a false economy in the longer term.
