Here at Acuity, we are excited to announce that Vicky Browning has recently joined the team as our new Internal Sales Manager. Vicky has 23 years of Account Management experience so we are looking forward to the knowledge and experience she brings. I wanted to take the opportunity to hear Vicky's views and visions for Acuity.
Q: Why Acuity?
'Having taken redundancy from Sage, this role gives me the opportunity to be closer to my family in the South East and progress as a Sales Manager.'
Q: What will you bring to Acuity?
'I have 23 years Account Management experience and a wealth of systems and process knowledge.'
Q: What attracted you to Acuity?
'I have worked with Acuity through Sage for a number of years and have built solid working relationships with a number of the team. I have a lot of respect for Steve Clarke, Sales Director, and am happy for the chance to work with him.'
Q: What are your first month objectives?
'To meet all of the teams, to gain a good knowledge of the systems and processes and to begin to contribute to Acuity’s Sales successes.'
Q: What are you currently excited about in your new role?
'I’m pleased to have a fresh challenge where I can support and improve Sales processes.'
Q: What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
'I have been based in Gateshead since 1999 (although you would not know this from my accent as I grew up in Fulham and Surrey!), I am a Fulham FC fan, I love my holidays, have recently become “outdoorsy” after having a garden built last year. I am a keen reader, enjoy a night out dancing and seeing friends and family.'
