Getting the eco-system to give back.

In a months time we welcome 120+ delegates to our Customer conference at the London Stadium. We wanted to do something good on the day so developed a plan.

Yes, our Customers will hear from members of our Leadership Team, Sage Executives, Sage Product experts and 3rd party solutions providers from the ISV partner Eco-System, we will have customer round tables and to end the day we are hosting a reception and Stadium tour.

Nothing abnormal or even unusual about that I hear you say :)

Rather than the traditional request to sponsor our event we've worked with the ISV community and Sage Foundation to support our aim to generate over £10,000 for Pursing Independent Paths (PiP) on the day.

For the past three and half years Acuity have been supporting Sage Foundation through various initiatives and events, and we've worked closely supporting a specific charity.

We are Excited that PiP will be sharing their story on the day, and will also have their team and students with us with Fruitful offering Juice to our customers.

"The Fruitful project is a great way for adults with learning disabilities to gain invaluable life and vocational skills. It’s also very important for our students to show the world their talent and how they can be a valuable asset to any organisation as a paid employee."

So a huge thank you for the support from the following partners, we are looking forward to welcoming you on the day.

Your support on the day from a knowledge and product point of view is truly appreciated by us and the customer community, but the willingness to donate to PiP and support Sage Foundation is in my eyes a way that shows how collaborative and supportive the Sage Partner Eco-system really is.

When explaining this concept to Debbie Wall (EVP Sage Foundation) her response certainly brought a smile to my face.

“Seeing our partners embracing the ethos of Sage Foundation is fantastic, Acuity have been hugely supportive and involved in various Sage Foundation events in the past. This event really shows how as a community if we think a little differently we can really help charities like PiP”

Looking forward to welcoming Sage, ISV's, Customers and the Acuity team on the 14th November, the countdown is on...
