On Monday the update talked about the growth of our Sage X3 practice and customer base.
'In the past 36 months our Sage X3 has more than doubled an already established customer base by over 50%. With these relationships and projects coming from three main sources; Migrations, New Wins and Change in circumstances mid-project with other Partners. Our Professional Services team continues to grow, the experience of delivering against business objectives remains key to project Success.'
Tuesday's Update; Why Customers Migrate through the Sage Business Cloud portfolio?
'Our customers' businesses evolve, most businesses of the scale we support have ambition to improve, to grow and to drive great efficiency, not uncommon for anyone i'd hope.
As this happens our team are on hand to help with Education, Advice and guidance on how best to plan for the future, somethings pro-actively years in advance, sometimes forced by other decisions.
Over the past 24 months; We have two Sage 300 customers follow this journey and migrate to Sage X3 both due to growth and a desire to drive efficiency into their businesses. We are also delivering the first Sage Intacct project in the UK for another Sage 300 customer. We have supported Sage Financials customers migration to Sage 200 and are in the process of working with others to migrate to Intacct.'
Wednesday's update 'although i will try to be diplomatic today i'm sharing some insight into "the Change in Circumstances"
Let’s be honest we have all read the horror stories of failed ERP projects and accepting there are normally always two sides to every story!
Over the past 36 months our team have supported more than 8 businesses who had already selected SageX3 with either Sage or another Business partner to complete the Implementation or take on their ongoing support, future delivery, integration and development requirements.
Kudos to our Support and Professional Services team, who are truly the best in the game.'
Thursday Marcus shared an International Customer Success story in the past 36 months we took a new Sage X3 customer live in Hong Kong in 60 days.
From this initial project the roll out continued to 7 additional entities within the group including UAE, UK, Japan, China, Brazil, Czech Republic and Mexico.
With X3's Multi Country, Multi Company, Multi Currency capabilities within the platform has helped transform the customers expectation of ERP projects and created some fantastic efficiency gains.
Friday's Update after the week at #SagePartnerSummit, so Marcus choose to make the post a little lighter, it’s Friday after all!
'This week our team in Orlando ran 5k with a host of Sage peers and Sage Partners from around the world, congratulation to all involved and well done to Lee (Our CEO) and Sergio (Head of Development) for getting up early and putting yourselves through the pain. Also great to see James Mitchell who was out in France on a training programme for joining Marcus as virtual participants, if the numbers are true they would have both been in the top 6.
In 14 weeks time a team from Acuity will be taking on the 3 Peaks Challenge with Sage Foundation.. we are continuing our support of PiP - Pursuing Independent Paths and fundraising as a team with our employees, customers and wider network.
