During the selection process, Acuity consulted with CRP’s finance team to identify the current and future needs their new financial management solution would need to meet. These included:
Other considerations were Sage 200, however it lacked the necessary functionality, and Sage X3, which was ultimately too big and high-cost for CRP’s needs. Acuity presented Sage Intacct, an innovative, fully cloud based solution which was new to the UK at the time but well established in the US.
Through the decision process, CRP eliminated other options and selected Sage Intacct, confident in its functionality and flexibility to meet all their requirements.
Opting for an “all-at-once” solution implementation, this meant all data was moved in one go. A fully hands-on, close-working approach helped to ensure the smooth running of the process and CRP appreciated the clear communication and support of the Acuity team and their Account Manager, stating;
