Responsibilities:

  • Delivering projects that are on time, on budget, and referenceable,

  • Providing an excellent customer experience and help retain our clients

Reporting to: Head of Sage Intacct Division

Salary: Competitive based on experience and working arrangements, flexible working arrangement.

Required Experience: Whilst Sage Intacct experience and accreditation is preferable it is not essential, as both formal training and on the job mentoring can be provided. However a minimum of 2 years of implementing similar ERP solutions (Sage or alternative solutions) is required.

Department: Sage Intacct Customer Success Team

Responsible to: Head of customer success

Location: Office based, with some working at home

Purpose of the job: 
The Customer Success Coach (CSC) is responsible for the 100% renewal of an allocation of Sage Intacct subscriptions.
To achieve this, the CSC will act as the primary point of contact for the allocated customers, and other non-allocated customers when requested. These contacts include:
• Sales calls
• Overview demonstrations
• Basic product training
• First line support calls
• Contract queries
• Customer service escalations
• Customer surveys

Job Description:
• To take ownership of Sage Intacct subscription renewals for allocated customers
• To ensure that all possible actions are taken to retain these customers
• To provide agreed weekly KPIs to the HCS
• To attend training and development as required by the HCS
• To delegate actions to the relevant expert services team as required
• To manage and report on SLAs within team and with expert services teams
• To ensure that all actions and plans are recorded in Salesforce
• To contribute to content creation
• To follow processes as required by the HCS

Core Skills required: (nice to have)
• Basic to intermediate Sage Intacct knowledge – accreditation required
• ‘customer-first’ attitude
• Ability to prioritise and manage a to-do list
• To be commercially minded in the way they approach decisions

The Role: As a Sage X3 Developer, you will be reporting to the Head of Enterprise Development and responsible for using your knowledge of 4GL programming language to build, test and deliver extensions to the product, and integrations with other applications.

You will also be responsible for the technical requirements scoping sessions and documentation for the design of the proposed solution.

The Sage X3 team was built based on teamwork and currently have 20 heads. The development team works together with the functional consultants to help Acuity to deliver the solutions scoped, and on the development of internal products and extensions – part of the innovation programme. We are a multi-national team with people from each corner of the world, providing a positive mix of cultures and excellent results.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of the requirement according to the specification.
  • Assisting the team in the analysis, design, and update of the architecture of the developments (SDD).
  • Facilitate timely decisions to maintain schedule and budget.
  • Maintain ownership of the development while liaising with the other intervenient and keep the project members updated on progress.
  • Early identification of project risks.
  • Follow the best practices.
  • Testing the development during the implementation lifecycle.
  • Research and recommend new technologies to carry out project development tasks.
  • Documenting all the requirements and specifications of each development.
  • Assist the Head of Enterprise Development in executing process improvements and the development of procedures, methods, and tools in support of delivery.
  • Regular team meetings.
  • Keep tasks updated in the project tool.

Salary: Competitive based on experience and working arrangements.

Required Experience: Sage X3 full-stack development experience. Integrations using SOAP and REST. Testing using Postman.

Nice to-have Experience: Databases (MSSQL), any other web programming languages, and experience with ERP, finance, and business applications.

Soft Skills: Ability to analyse, detail and solve complex requirements – tech-savvy, enthusiastic and with a proactive attitude.
